History





 
Band founded in 1982  in Puglia (a southern region of Italy)  by Gennaro Carrillo, it has taken part along the last 25 years  to the main italian blues festivals (Pistoia Blues, Nave Blues, Bordighera Jazz&Blues, Torrita, Caserta, Tropea, Brindisi, etc.) and to some in Europe ( i.e. New Orleans meets St.Gallen, Piazza Blues and Vallemaggia in Switzerland, Bragdoya Blues in Norway).

The band is composed by :

· Gennaro Carrillo : vocal/harp
· Gianni Di Ruvo : guitar
· Nunzio Dragonetti : piano
· Claudio De Palo : bass
· Mirco Dal Barco : drums

· Torrita Blues Festival 2000 (with Charly Musselwhite, Shemekia Copeland and Canned Heat);
· Bragdoya Blues 2001(Kristiansand -Norway);
· Blues a Balues 2002(Bologna – Italy);
· Grenn hill in blues 2003 (Atri – Italy);
· Brindisi Blues Festival 2003 (Brindisi – Italy);
· Ameno Blues Festival  2005 (Ameno(No)– Italy);
· New Orleans meets St.Gallen 2005 (St.Gallen – Switzerland);
· Vallemaggia Magic Blues 2005 (Coglio and  Moghegno–Switzerland);

Moreover in the last years BCB bb opened concerts Louisiana Red, Billy Branch and S.O.B , Cooper Terry & NiteLife ,L.C.Donatto &his Zydeco Sleepers,Francine Reed , Dirk Hamilton ecc.
